Seminar Schedule

Seminar Schedule

The Professional Studio Practice Seminar is a platform for Graduate Level discussion and activity related to maintaining a successful career as an artist and or art educator within the field of contemporary sculpture.

The Seminar has the function of bringing together the group for recurring meetings, focusing each time on a particular aspect of professional practice. Everyone present is requested to actively participate which is facilitated through an ongoing dialogue with the seminar leader or through formal presentations by the individual graduate students pertaining to research and assignments.

The idea behind the seminar is to familiarize students more extensively with the methodology of their chosen profession and also to allow them to interact with real examples of the practical problems that always occur during their career development, questions can be raised and debates can be conducted between students, guest speakers, educators, curators and artists.   It is relatively informal.
Led by Sculpture Dimensional Studies Faculty.

Schedule Overview:   SPRING 2019    Weds 9am – 11am : Professor Coral Lambert
